Multi-Channel Creative and Content Ad Toolkit
During the Holiday 2023 campaign for Target, I developed a flexible design toolkit that translated a high-level creative concept from the renowned agency Mother into over 15 individual messages across 120 ad units for the holiday season.

I adapted the original concept into a paid media toolkit using Sketch, ensuring it aligned with Target's brand standards. I led a team of production designers to maintain consistency and managed the finalization and approval of campaign elements.
Outcome
Synchronized rollout preserved artistic integrity across all platforms, resulting in multimillion-dollar sales and exceeding holiday season expectations.
